i contacted this emal adress before (support) about this issue, and after i sent this mesage they didnt respond at all, it happened rigth after i buyed points and the day after i was loked, i feel like i was riped off
i spent my money and now i cant play. thanks for replying me btw i thougth that i would never get a response PS: sorry about bad english | |

All you can do is wait for support to respond. Account issues can be slow to get resolved as they are more complicated.
