NSA Smartphone Repair Service ???

Hey folks,

last month i completely destroyed my smartphone..
so i sent it to a repair service to fix it again.
Its an android device and i wanted to know if there is way to check whether the repair guy looked up my private stuff or not. There is nothing too sensible on it; im just interested if there is a way like checking the date of access for certain data.
