Abberath's hooves drop

Greetings friends;

I wanna know are there any specific drop zones or bosses for abberaths hooves. I want to make build around this boot but it's quite expensive for now.

Also will price decrease when league ends? I know its new item but i dont think it deserves that much currency.

No. They are not a league or boss specific unique. They can drop anywhere that the base item can drop. I doubt the price will drop much. They seem to be a pretty rare drop, and are pretty sick for leveling.

If they were easy to farm, they would not be that valuable
