Latency issue

I have latency issue, it started few days ago.

Looks like Level 3 are having issues and your traffic is being routed through their network on its way to GGG's servers. You'll probably just have to wait for them to fix it. Your ISP will just blindly insist it's not their fault - which is true, if not entirely productive - and Level 3 won't be interested in speaking with anyone other than their paying customers.
