HELP! My prophecy vanished...

i had plaguemaw V prophecy, i went to crystal veins and it appeared in quest log, went back to town and back to crystal veins its no longer there, check prophecies with navali and i no longer have the prophecy. can u please fix it.

There is nothing to fix. It was in the instance you left. You went to a different instance that didn't have the prophecy.

The prophecy procced, and created the Plaguemaw boss fight zone in that particular crystal veins instance. You left the instance. Instances stay open for ~5-10 minutes if they are empty, then they are gone. When you went back to crystal veins it created a new instance, since the other was gone.

I have the same issue with multiple prophecies, have left the map and I now have 4 dorment prophecy's. They do not seem to "respawn" after loosing original map.
So how do we get the prophecy back if this happens, they never seem to come back by themselves?
