Lag Spikes / Higher Latency during late time

So basically i'm playing from Australia, Latency seems fine during day time however it went crazy at late night my time around 8pm AEST or 1am PDT. Usually I get 18-23ms in game, but at night it just spiking like mad between 20-600ms and it's really unplayable.

I tried different game like CS:GO, WoW, Diablo 3 and i dont see any problem at all. Tried to Email GGG support, 4 days passed-no reply.

Is there anything i can do ? Probably rage quit uninstalling soon :((

Your test did not show any problems.

Was it ran while you played and had the lag?

If it was then the only other things it may be are knock on problems from the cut SG fibre cable which is effecting people in Asia, north/south america and anyone else in between as the traffic is re routed all over and congesting the connections

OR, you are not actually lagging and it is struggling asset loading for some reason, say because your AV kicks in and starts a scan at that time

Okay, i did another Test while i'm in game with those spikes. I dont think it is my anti-virus also at first i thought it was busy traffic during peak time however i tried different game. I dont see any problem
