Need Advice to find ways to improve setup and possibly learn a thing or two.

This isn't a build I designed, just a build I was following that I went my own way with and have spent probably 40 regrets already changing things around. Was using a facebreaker and doing well but recently switched to mace to see if I like how it played better.

What advice am I looking for? What am I wasting my time with, did I overkill on damage reduction, is rampage gloves worthless even tho it allowed me to get a cheap 5 link on a totem.

I am not looking for positive feedback to tell me what is right, more trying to learn what I am not fully understanding or what parts I am wasting points in that I can use to strengthen other areas.

Build is based around 9 endurance charges, spending them and replenishing them instantly. Was trying to go full stun but when I went mace I took some points away from it. It should have a lot of block/spell block. The shield allowed me to use the same 3 link for reckoning and vengeance. Is the leech/regen in a good place. I know I need more health nodes.

I was using Hatred, but recently moved shield slam to Catalyst to try and use the Proliferate. I was trying to see if Inneravate Support and Herald of Ash would Proliferate. I added Ice Golem because I was in a very small way maybe gaining from the accuracy and crit from build choices. Still testing.
