Inbox New Message Indicator

My "Messages" under my account name is a nice bright yellow and says I have 3 new messages.
Except... I don't. Go to my Inbox, no new messages. Filter by unread just to be sure, no new messages. This started happening after I posted in https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/1813371. My posts have been quoted a lot, and I have it set to notify me when my posts are quoted. So like, 3 people would quote me, it'd tell me I have 4 new messages. I'd go into my inbox and it would clear out the 3 new messages and then the new message counter would say "1 Message" in it's happy yellow. Couple more times of this and now it's up to 3.
