I am Crashing other people in my party with the glove enchant : "Cast Decree of Reflection when Hit". It happens pretty consistently. It has happened to my friends about 10+ times each. It happens to random people i group when we do our master dailies. I don't think this has ever crashed myself. My friends say it happens most often when they are not near me, then approach me.
