No credit for act boss challenge

We're working on fixing this up. There's an issue with achievements not being granted properly if a monster dies to a degen effect caused by Blight or Scorching Ray linked with a Spell Totem that no longer exists when the monster dies.

Hopefully what I just posted makes sense!

TLDR: We will fix this.
