Nifty Decay Dagger

Got this upon realm reset. Haven't tried it since nerf but it's probably still pretty good.

Struggling to optimize a cheese bladeflurry build around it though. Guess I need to roll an assassin or something. It's on my Pathfinder Fourvel if anyone want to look at my crummy build.
