Mjolner build (Templar)

Hello there! Im returning after months of not playing poe and i wanted to know if the Mjolner+discharge build is still viable or if there's another Mjolner build around there that's usefull for the new patch (im templar)... (when i finally could afford the Mjolner it cost me 3-5ex.. now is 30c lol)

Mjolner got hit pretty hard in the patch today, after already getting hit last patch.

Mjolnir is no longer playable in this game.

What they mean is that Mjolnir is now capped at one spell cast every 250ms, as opposed to being able to cast sixty spells a second like it could before.
I don't know of any specific Mjolnir builds updated for the modern era, unfortunately. You may be able to figure one out, but the forum salt-mining over Cast on Crit-style builds no longer being twenty times stronger than any other possible PoE build is unfortunately going to drown out most attempts to find a new use for your Mjolnir.
