Claws of the magpie needs rework

The claw notable Claws of the Magpie gives you 25% chance to steal power, frenzy and endurance charges on hit from enemies. Now that maps can no longer roll with "monsters "gain x charges every 20 seconds", I believe this notable needs a rework.

" There are still enemies who can generate charges by themselves left in the game, so i don't think GGG would "rework" that node in the near future. Remember, suffering is convenient.
That is why many people prefer it. Happiness requires effort. |
