MY ACCOUNT GOT HACKED

SO I get randomly disconnected , then i try to login and it says password incorrect , i go on the forum and i see that i am loged in but i can't change my password cause i need to have my old password which doesn't matches , i go and recover my password through mail after 3 min , and when i login my hardcore lvl 22 duelist is dead and when i look into the HC stash i see my 1gcp, 1exalted, 8or9 chaos, 6 alchemiesand other mats dissaperad.
i press view friends i see this guy has been added to my friends list , my guess is that the hacker entered into account added him to friendlist and then gave him all the mats [IMG]http://i49.tinypic.com/5v4u13.jpg[/IMG] i hate to say this but if i don't get at least my currency back , i might stop playing this game , had like lv 50 HC shadow , 38 lv hc templar , and made alot of currency and now just to start over from lvl 1 hc and get new mats PS POE password is unique and never used in on anything other then forum and the client , and they both were on remember password ING - CurvaTa Last edited by peachii#3920 on Feb 21, 2013, 10:36:46 AM

Get the keylogger of your pc. its YOUR fault that you got hacked.

it's not a keylogger issue , it's a java issue from what i understand

Java issue? Hm, no clue. To avoid getting hacked i change my password every 2 weeks or so, using an app to recognize all the passwords. It works fine for me so far.

The same happened to me as I checked an hour ago. Gone for a trip for 18ish hours just to log-in and found myself hacked with currency gone.
Went the self-doubt road, did scans, double checked, rechecked. I know I'm secured enough, never been hacked before till now. I have emailed them about it, I don't care for the currency, rather my character lvl80 hardcore is still alive. At least some of my time doesn't feel wasted. What I feel though is un-secure in this game at the moment. Not one to blame, I just hope this gets fixed ASAP. |
