2.5 Explosive Arrow / Chieftain [SC/HC Viable] -Work in Progress!

Hello Guys, this is my Fire & Burning Character Build that I am working on right now,
since the revealed Items show an advantage for Fire Builds i dont really know how to Format the Thread correctly especially Item Linking thats why its a work in progres .... Target: At Least 10K HP and minimum 10% Life Regeneration If the Skill Tree dont change for 2.5 This will be a Lifebased FIre Build with HIGH Life Regeneration and 1% Fire Leech Uniques Used: Quill Rain : 100% Attack Speed try to grab a +20 Dex one (you really need ALOT of DEX) the Breach Amulett: Xoph'ethakk's Heart lvl 35
