Crypt sword & ebony weapon effect if duel wield

If i dual wield swords, will the effect apply on both weapons? Or am i supposed to buy it 2 times if i wanne use it for dual wielding?

Normal weapon effects bought from the store would need to be bought twice for dual-wielding, only the weapon effects supplied through supporter packs apply to both weapons.
