Invisible weapon effect mtx

I think screenshot is there too. In a nutshell - used ebon weapon effect with scourge claws, and there is no actuall effects on claws. Before 2.4.2 they became black with more visible red jems with this mtx. Tested with ebon weapon effect, blue weapon effect and emerald weapon effect

What appears to be happening with the Scourge, is that the effect shows up on your hands instead of the weapon (so you get just a hint of the effect "under" the claw"
