[Suggestion] Simple fix for Vinktar/BV/Path Finder

Sorry if that have been already suggested (I might have missed it)

Make Master Surgeon work only with magic/normal flask (at least the charge regeneration part).

There plenty of really strong none unique flask and if you add flask effectiveness on top of that; the node will still be really strong (but not broken as it is now).
Also unique flask are obviously balanced around you not able to have them up 100% of the time. If you balance them for that they will be trash for other ascendancy.


Funny story when they first announced Path Finder ascendancy and I saw the Master Surgeon node I said to myself noway that been able to have all op unique flask up all the time (even true bosses fight with multiple phases) can be balanced....

I have a really good idea too,

Unique flasks should have 10000 charges, and using the flask takes 9999 of them, and the only way you can ever use the flask again is to go to town!
