question about cyclone

I read the wiki but I need clarification.

it says cyclone hits 2 times per revolution. if dual wielding, each weapon hits once. now is this twice to each mob within the affected area or just twice total?

also "spins at your attack speed" is vague. if I have two hits per second is that two revolutions or the two hits in one revolution?

I believe if the tooltip shows Attack Time 0.5s (is that what you mean by 2 hits per second?) then you will deal 4 Hits per Second. (Two revolutions).

sorry for the poor wording, the "2 hits per second" was supposed to be "attacks per second" in the character tool tip screen. or like attacks per second on the weapon.
