I lost my cute mtx bear, last seen in warbands..:(

As the title says. I did try to locate it in hideout stash in permament leagues without any result.
Last time i remember seeing it was in Warband league. Help this cute bear get back to it´s owner. What do i do to get it back? Also, any way to get a second mtx tab? i cant retrive my stuff anymore becouse my first tab is full, what to do.
