Hey looking for advice!

Lv 89 berserker maurauder. Although 99% of the times I go HAM, and it works out, the 1% of the time is enough to keep me from lving with ease. Needless to say, i don't think i should be dieing in lv 7 rare maps etc. I will link my gear and skill tree, and would very much appreciate some guidance!

I think that my largest 3 issues are

-getting endurance charges
-the cwdt gem setup currently in my maul
-my flasks?

Just pick the missing endurance charge nodes, use enduring cry whenever possible and exchange the flasks with instant recovery flasks (especially the one which is only instant on low life), chaos and everything else looks ok
