I need help here to tell the mod tier!!

Is there a way or can anyone tell the tier of the non-hybrid physical%?

The 39 accuracy tells that the hybrid is tier3, Reaver's.
However, based on that, I can't figure whether the non-hybrid physical% one is Bloodthirsty or Cruel.
I am thinking about using a divine, not sure if it is going to break this thing...

Devines don't do much to help... even if you're at the bottom of the tier. They might add a few points of damage, but nothing you'll notice.

The only way to know for sure (as far as I know) is to divine it. If it rolls lower then 150% increased physical damage it is Bloodthirsty, if it rolls higher then 168% it is Cruel. If it rolls inbetween you have to divine again.
Don't think that it's worth it tho.

divining is out of question unless you playing strictly solo self-found, because you can buy better one for one Divine. Too bad all suffix mods are taken and are all meh
