Super confused about glove / boot enchant. Need advice

Ok guys, I can not do uber yet because I need trial of burning rage so that is out of the question for now.

Anyways I am stuck here and I will explain why.
So on gloves we can enchant, Attack with word of light, edict of light, decree of light, and commandment of light.

Now I realize these " Deals a portion of your main hand damage in an area around you and creates Consecrated Ground, Causing You and your Allies to Regenerate Life"

So here is my issue with this ok, im confused look at these links

http://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Of_Light now when I click them they all say the same thing. So are they all just making consecrated ground? If so why have so many different light versions?

Supposedly I need commandment of light for some gloves but to my knowledge they all do the same thing?
If they do not can someone go into detail and explain the difference? I am sure it will help me and other people as well.

Now the final question is the health / mana regen on boots, can I get this with 2% in merc or does this have to be uber? Also if it can be done in merc can I at least get 1%?

"commandment" top tier is available in uber lab only. "decree" - merciless, "edict"- cruel, "word" - normal. all do the same thing, but deal different damage.
final answer top tier 2% regen on boots you can get in uber lab only. 1.5% - merciless, 1% - cruel.
