It's typically best to contact several moderators at once. Individual moderators have lives and may not be available but there's usually someone around who can help you out.

Uh....I dont think the Mods have the same name in game as they do in forums, since forums use account names and char names are different....sometimes. I still want my Zalm char damnit.
Also, Charan just posted, PM him, he is usually good to respond in a few minutes.
