Is there a way to contact the mods besides support?

I looked around and it did not seem like I could. Does anyone know if this is possible? If not i will just contact support by email.

Support will be faster usually, as mods sometimes sleep. Support never sleeps...

A good idea as well is to click on their names, directly under their profile pic. There, you can see if they have posted recently, and thus if they are online. Or at least the last time they were online and posting.

I found one online but I think he might be away or busy il keep trying now and then

Dont pm them more than once. Once they get a PM, it stays online. They will respond in due time. Give them some time, and they will respond to you. They have many things that they are doing all at once and may be busy at the moment. Remember, they work this forum like a job...without pay.
