Decay, +1 Gems Bow crafting

hey, can pls someone explain how i craft a decay, +1 gem bow for my ED char?
just use a Essence of Delirium over and over again and hope for the +1 to gems is not the best way i think and craft cannot roll attack mods follow with an ex doesn't work anymore i think since +1/2 to bow gems is also no attack mod anymore.
is there any other way?

Yeah I don't think there is a way to guarantee +1 gems AND use the essence. The reason that the old method for +3 bows works is that you would Alt for +2, then block attack mods, then exalt for +1. I guess you could still use this method. If +2 to bow gems IS an attack mod, then you can guarantee the +1. If it is not, then it is going to be a bit more expensive, rolling +2, scouring, +2, scouring, until you get +1 all gems.
