Question regarding build design

A build I've been working on is Maurader Chieften Ancestral Warchief.

Currently I have Koams boots with +1 max frenzy charges. If I use blood rage for frenzy charge generation and blashpemy warlords mark for endurance charge generation. Would this build come out alright? In the end I would have 6 Endurance Charges and 6 Frenzy charges. (I could also use Daresso's Defiance)

Secondly, what are the ways you can slow down degen from blood rage? Is health regen the only way or can armor slow it down since blood rage degen is physical.

I just wanted to know what people think as I'm not the greatest at build design.
