Izaro Radiant Slash Chaos/Elemental?
Keep getting 1 shot'ed by this in uber some times easy to see him charge it sometimes It gose off instantly and I just die happened 4times today and this character I would say is very tanky.. I'm missing something?

just armor is useless against highdmg strikes, so you have only block to counter it.

Radiant slash is pyhysical. LOTS of physical. As mentioned before, armor only is useless, you need end charges, fortify, a basalt flask and a ton of life if you wanna facetank dat shit.

" What made you believe that? As far as I can tell, 100% of enemy chaos damage in this game either has green or purple in it. I would be very interested in hearing of any exceptions to this rule. Nope,it's an observation,i mean i have done lab runs too many times to count,and radiant slash has always wiped out my totems/minions whatever i have,as if it was nothing for him,so either it's a physical type attack with 100% crit chance,or it has to be the one mechanic that most people are not really that well protected from.
That or maybe it's similar to what i red in another topic about another boss,a physical type attack that can get mitigated only by -% taken,e/g chaos golem passive aura type of stuff. " I'm sure you'll be able to find some examples if you look at rogue exiles and/or the Hall of grandmasters. The chaos damage hit colours might not show up if it's not as big as the elemental damage they do. Also what about those snakes that do chaos damage? Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:

It's running chaos golem and fortify, I even respeced a few dmg nodes to take -20% crit damage taken on the last 2 runs and still 1shot. Running really 80% block/magic block chance. It's just annoying. I guess I can try a basalt flask, normally have 4 endurance charges up when 1 shot'ed. Even have issues with low life Mjölner missing es(needs more skill points) but dies easly, but my life based Mjölner build just eats it np.

" Not at all in his case with 40k armor Izaro slash in Uber lab hits on average 6k damage. With 40k armor you already mitigate 40% of the damage reducing the hit to 3600 If you're getting oneshotted is probably because he has charges, golem essences or conduits active. I am not entirely sure but each golem essence or conduits gives him 100% extra damage to that element. So if he absorbs say the fire essences he does: 6000 phys 6000 fire the 6000 phys is reduced to 3600 by your armor the 6000 fire is reduced to 1500 by your (i suppose) 75% fire res But in total you're getting 5100 damage, which would leave you with 88 hp :D Again i'm not entirely sure each essence or conduit gives him 100% extra damage to element, but getting oneshotted while he's buffed with ele damage is not so surprising |

" Actually, armour is useful along with Endurance Charges, but you'll need too much armour to mitigate it all. But still, as far as i know, each 10 points of armour will mitigate 1 point of damage from big hit, so 10k armour will mitigate 1k damage, 20k - 2k damage, and so forth.
