Game changes languages even if you cancel the change

1) Launch the game from the desktop.
2) At the main menu click a language icon in the top left to change the language. 3) Click No on the confirmation prompt. 4) Quit to desktop and launch the game again. 5) Game is now in the language you selected even though you canceled the change.
