Void League? How to restore your character?

After the transfer of my account with Garena one of the characters became available. It can somehow restore?

A character normally goes to void league if it was created in one of several race types or special events which state that characters are moved to the void league after they end.

This usually applies for races and events that have higher than normal drop rates, provide currency to the player (e.g. the Descent Champions race), or start at a preset player level. I don't know how this worked on the Garena realms.

A character in Void league cannot be accessed in game. It will be visible on the character tab of your account on the website, where you can see its items and passive tree, but you will not be able to play on it again nor access its items/inventory/stash.
