Atlas not recognizing completed map

Gonna add to this. completed Atlas maps, Rare-Magic are not opening up on the Atlas.

One year after the last post this problem still exists, im not getting completion over some of my maps in the Atlas.

GGG please, same here on two different maps, Arachnid nest and Colonnade. No shaper orbs for me :'(

Experiencing the same issue. I finished a rare Spider Lair and it defaulted credit to the magic+, so I figured, ok fine, I'll just do another rare...

Upon completion of the new rare Spider Lair I got no credit in atlas or the shaper orb it mentions.



Edit: Just now realized that the magic+ is Spider Lair(Tier 5) and the rare one is Spider Forest(Tier 6)

My mistake.

I did a number of maps accidentally before talking to Zana (though I did have Kitava2 killed), and the maps I finished said they were completed. But now after talking to Zana and getting the Atlas screen, it won't show them as completed.

Re-completing them does not fix the issue. Very very desperate to get this fixed, because I feel like I cannot proceed into endgame with this issue.

Still getting this in gardens map no mater how many times i kill boss never shows up as completed

Since you don't have any incursion challenges done I assume this is the permanent Standard/Hardcore league we are talking about? In that case make sure you are using a map from the most recent series, have a look at the icons here. If you play a map from an old series and the map tier has changed (which it has for desert), then it unlocks/completes a map of equal tier to the tier of the old map used. In your case it probably was a T1 Desert map from the "Atlas of Worlds" series.

I have similar problem. Kileed everything on desert map, and atlast still not showing the bonus, and i can not shape it. My bug report number is 2 301 532 859
