IIR and IIQ gems together: how to trigger?

What is a good way to use both gems (IIR and IIQ) + culling strike? I checked my stash after prophecy league, and i found the gems when i was organizing. So, any suggestion? Last bumped on Aug 30, 2016, 7:21:20 PM

If you're making a character dedicated to culling, Flame Totem is a pretty good choice just because of its safety and how fast it hits.
