Russian/Garena Alternate Art Race Rewards items not labeled as "From Garena Server"

I finished my investigation into this.

Most Demigod items were missing the text and will be fixed.
All Rainbowstrides were missing the text and will be fixed.
All other items (including Reaper's Pursuits) have the text on them. I don't understand why/how people are saying they see ones without that text.

The website does not report it correctly.

What about Carcass Jack, perandus signet, and andvarius that cyfer has reported as missing flavor text also in game?

What account are they currently on? When I checked in game it all looked okay but I can double check.
