Quick question about "Shapers orb"

Will it be possible to shape same map twice? From white to yellow and from yellow to red? Also if I am not mistaken if you shape a map you will drop only shaped versions of that map, so technically it is possible to have whole atlas consisting of only red tier maps and all your map drops would be only red maps?

Shapers orbs are account bound, and you get 1 per map tier. So 15 in total is the max you can use. Maps can either be 'shaped' or 'unshaped'; you can't stack 2 orbs on one map.

On second thought I am a bit confused. They said that if you get shapers orb in tier 10 map, you can use it on tier 5 map to increase its level to tier 10 (map tier you found it on). If it is as you say, one per each tier, what could I do with orb found in tier 1 map?

Oh, I see. These orbs are annoying since they are quest items and stay in character inventory.
