in the Atlas of Worlds expansion there is full skill tree reset?

Is that official policy now? It's been the case for a while now but for a long time GGG was insisting that it would only happen when they changed the passive tree.

In the last major patch there was only a single small passive tree change (aside from ascendancies), so if they think the tree is in a good place now are we really sure we'll get a reset?

Every new challenge league we give an optional reset that people can use.
In addition, if tree changes affect them, they get a mandatory reset.
