Critical Strike Chance in the character screen

Is that the overall chance of the spell/skill, or do I need to apply it to the native chance of the spell/skill?
If I have 60% chance on the character screen for a spell, is that 60% chance, or do I apply 60% over the 5% base of the spell? Last bumped on Aug 26, 2016, 7:11:23 AM

That's the actual chance of the skill to crit, including all your modifiers.
