For Weapon Critical Strike Chance while Dual Wielding; this one is currently working correctly.

For Weapon Critical Strike Multiplier while Dual Wielding; this one is incorrectly specifying weapons when it should be a global modifier. This will be fixed up for 2.4.0. Thanks for the report!
