Path of Exile will NOT DETECT GRAPHICS CARD

Hey guys recently down graded to a NVidia gt745m with intel 4600 onboard graphics. Path of exile refuses to recognise the 745m. Apparently this issue has been around since beta and I was wondering whether anyone has found a fix for it yet. I have set the NVidia control panel to use the 745m for path of exile. Im running currently in lowest of all settings on lowest resolution and its still unplayable. I have run this with an 8670m (which a gt745m obliterates performance wise) and its way more playable - which clearly indicates to me only onboard 4600 intel chipset is being utilised.

I have a feeling your integrated graphics is active and overriding your NVIDIA GPU. If you have the NVIDIA Optimus option enabled on your laptop (via the NVIDIA Control Panel), disable it and test. Also, through that NVIDIA control panel, make sure the NVIDIA GPU is enabled as default processor for graphics.
