GGG: important Spell Totem change

Spell Totems constantly recast spells while they're up. Change it to where certain spells are cast at certain times. For instance, if you have Summon Skeletons active, the totems constantly recast so that the skeletons are on the closest enemy, but if all of the skeletons are on the closest enemy the totems stop casting until a skeleton is missing or an enemy comes even closer.

On the other hand, if you use Spell Totem + Curse, have the totems cast curses on the closest enemy that doesn't have that curse on them, then continue recasting that curse on an enemy with the lowest remaining duration. Let's say there are three enemies within range. The totem curses enemy A, then enemy B, then enemy C, but cursing C happens to recurse A. The totem would then recurse enemy B since his remaining curse duration is lowest.

Smart targeting, as it were.
