Help Trading with aqusition and a shop

So i have installed aqusition and made a shop, following a youtube guide.
Everything seems working fine and my items shows up in XYZ.

BUT, when looking at one of my items for sale in xyz I see the caracter name (the one used for whispering) isn't the one char im playing in Prophecy.
It's an old char from a old league that has been transfered to normal.

So if someone whispers this char I guess i will not see this when playing my current char in Prophecy.
Is this correct and if so how can i fix it?

Nobody have whispered me yet and this might be why.

Strange, many people must have followed this guide so there should be many who encountered the same issue.

My problem is that in XYZ website, my items are displayed with an old charname that im currently not playing.
So if people try whisper me i guess i will not see it.
Can i adjust this setting somewhere in Aquisition or something?
Or will it work anyway and i see the whispers (playing my current Prophecy char) even though they whisper to an old charname?

According to a post by xyz the IGN showed in XYZ does not matter.
All whispers should be redirected to the current char you are playing.

Can someone confirm?
I guess i can test as soon i quit work.

Can confirm, have you never gotten a response from Y when you whispered X? Happens all the time for me.

I have just set this shop up and installed Aqusition last night.
Only added a few items so its not strange that nobody whispered me yet.

Also i have no knowledge about current value of stuff because i trade very little, i might be overpricing a lot.
I must check more item values on XYZ page and learn to set corect sell values on my stuff.
I do want them to sell, otherwise it's no use to me.
I rather sell a little to cheap than set a high price and have to wait a loooong time for an item to sell.
