Questions about Anarchy's Price card

1. Does the card (and possibly all cards that give corrupted items) guarantee 20% quality or did I get lucky? Quality is less important on Voltaxic of course since it doesn't affect the lightning damage.

2. I reckon the additional arrow implicit is pretty good?

There's quite a few corrupted Voltaxic's for sale on Prophecy league and even the additional arrow is only worth about 10 chaos, which I assume is due to the Anarchy's End prophecy chain. Still, as a self found player, I think that bow turned out pretty nice aside from the lowball attack speed roll and having only single socket. I'll likely get a level 8 Vorici this league so I can get a 4L on it at least.

They did make a change some time ago to give Corrupted weapons 20Q. But congrats on the +1 :P

I've done it 3 times, Power Charge x2 and Culling Strike >_<
