Toxic Delivery Interaction Question

How does toxic delivery from assassin interact with things that ignore crit multiplier? like Kongor's Undying Rage and Elemental Overload? I assume from the wording is that it works favourably (poison still does extra damage because itself is not a crit multiplier, but it is good to check)

You're correct, it's completely separate from your actual crit multi stat.
