CI Elementalist Non-Crit Wild Strike

I will just leave this Idea and Tree here, I don't like CI so i'll never try this but maybe you would like to.

Pros:
Huge Ele Boost,
Reflect reduction,
289% Inc. ES,
CI,
Perma 27% res pen.

Cons:
Hard on Attack Speed.
Hard on Life Leech(ES Leech).
Hard on STR, DEX.(Needed for weapons and skills).
