@VIPER The Retch + Slayer "endless hunger" mechanics

I'm curious if the belt 'the wretch' can cause chaos damage even if slayer is at full life with the notable 'endless hunger'--- because technically he is gaining life leeched in excess of his actual life pool.

edit: actually i dont really care now because this belt isn't technically available in prophecy. but the question still remains concerning mechanics
