Commendant of force not triggering

I wanted to try out commendant of force enchant on my gloves but it refused to trigger. I tryed multiple instances and restarted the game also. I tryed to trigger it with default attack but it refused to work. Oddly there seemed to be some kind of cleave like triggering attack about every 5 seconds when i default attacked mobs.

Oh wow dyslexia is at it again. Ty for scolding me :P
