Commandment of Fury Enchantment

The one that shoots out many copies of your weapon when you attack...
Can someone confirm that this enchantment is in the game?
I know the merciless version is, but I've burned through 20-30 runs on uber lab now, and haven't gotten it. I know rng is rng, but I just need confirmation from someone that it exists, because missing out on 20-30 uber helm enchants is starting to fuck with my head.
