GGG support average answer time to payment related emails?

I sent email to GGG support of my payment issues. I have already have used to their really fast support but since they have not answered in several days I ask how fast they have answered to your similar queasions? I it little slower nowadays or am I just having bad luck?

Payment related stuff is usually very fast, i'd say less than an hour normally.

If it's into days then something is wrong or the issue requires more time to resolve.

Have you received any response to your first email?

Also to address your question on support being slower, the only thing that take support time to do is account investigations, that's due to the team that handles that part support is small and usually backlogged with work, it can take days to weeks depending on how many tickets they have, though it's not been weeks for quite a while and it was generally only when a big patch landed

I got answer to my first email what took about 3 days to be answered. But that didn't solve the issue so I sent second one which have been unanswered now 2 days.

I understand. That high demand have to be because of new league. I guess I can do nothing but wait then

I hope this will be solved in coming few weeks.
