Idea for arctic breath maruader

I played with this build in CB and it was really fun. I got all the ice dmg nodes in the witch starting area but i thought i could do better. I want to link arctic breath with cold to fire and get every ice and fire dmg nodes in the witch area. I believe this will greatly improve my dps. Please post your thoughts on this below and add to it! ty
