Need Help! (Lacerate build)

Hi, in the next league i'll be doing a gladiator max block WoE char' using as the main skill Lacerate.
Besides the WoE, I'll also be using BoR with: Lacerate, WEP, Added Fire Dmg, I'm not sure about the last link.
For auras I'll use HoA, Blash with Enfeeble and also hatred. (To run all these auras I'll use the essence worm)

I'm planning to get lvl 90 with it.
I'll help oak in normal and get the skill point in the others.

I need help with the tree, with the last link (Remeber using BoR) for Lacerate and also, if it would have an ok clear speed.

Last question: Could it get 40k dps mim or at least close to it?

No one can help you with Lacerate since no one knows how it truly works.
