Cannot Enter Lioneye's Watch on Cruel Difficulty
Hi! my friends cannot enter to city, we've ended act4 together in a party, after that I've started alone cruel while they still in act 4 selling things. I kill Hillock and enterted onto lioneye's Watch, but when they go to cuty, hillock was already dead, and when tried to entre to city get the following message. You have to reset the instance and kill him again. They weren't around for the kill so didn't get credit. Not a bug.

Get them to ctrl+click when they are entering the instance (eg: from Act Iv town, click on the waypoint, then ctrl+click on cruel Act I where they want to go).
Face it, all of your suggestions are worse than this idea:
